Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are events in people’s lives that they can not anticipate. However, there are some reasons that we will charge a cancellation fee:
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for a cancellation of an appointment less than 6 hours prior to appointment.
- Arriving at a scheduled location at a scheduled time and no one is there will result in the entire fee being charged.
- Customers who make frequent cancellations will be required to place a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 with a credit card.
*If for some reason your session starts late because you are late, or by not being ready for the appointment, or your session is cut short by you, you will be charged for the entire session.
*These policies are exercised at the discretion of the Massage Therapist.
